2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.
• We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any product. Items may be out of stock or discontinued.

3. Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the product at the listed price.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
• Orders are confirmed only after our team contacts you via phone or WhatsApp to verify the order details.
• We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect contact or delivery information.

4. Payment

All orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. We do not currently accept online payment methods.

5. Delivery

• We deliver to all cities across Pakistan via third-party courier services.
• Estimated delivery times are 2–5 working days for major cities and 4–7 days for remote areas.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
• Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated at order confirmation.

7. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Where applicable, warranty is provided by the manufacturer. RH Communication acts as a reseller and is not directly responsible for manufacturer warranty fulfillment. We will assist customers in warranty claim processes where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of RH Communication or its suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

RH Communication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
