Return & Exchange Policy

Important Notice

All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

A product is eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is not as described on the product page

The following are NOT eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with
  • Items with missing original packaging, accessories, or serial number stickers
  • Damage caused by misuse, power surges, or improper installation
  • Software or firmware-related issues after installation

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and a description of the issue
  3. Share clear photos or a video showing the defect or damage
  4. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  5. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back

3. Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement product within 3–5 business days. Exchange is subject to product availability. If the exact product is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent alternative or a store credit.

4. Refunds

Since all orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Processing may take 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

5. Warranty Claims

Many products come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims beyond our 7-day return window, please contact the brand's authorized service center. We can assist you in identifying the appropriate service center for your product.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
